I'm returning to Italy this Fall to offer weeklong cooking vacations alongside the Italian chef we stayed with on our trip. Here's how I booked all of my flights from Denver to Pisa for just $220.26.
So I know I promised to stay in the United States for a while, but there have been some new developments. But I booked some flights...
After one year on the road to 25 countries, we're sharing our favorite things!
The entire cruise feels like some bizarre Milgram experiment designed to teach us about privilege; the very things that were too indulgent at the beginning for me to consider are coming too slowly by the end. I’m becoming the “You’re on vacation!” guy they keep telling me I am, when I’m so hungover from drinking that I don’t leave my cabin until 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

At the beginning of this month, we started the Europe leg of our yearlong trip. We flew from Cape Town, South Africa, to Rome, Italy, and headed north to a small village in Tuscany to start a monthlong workaway.
After an incredible 7 weeks road tripping through Southern Africa, we were forced to leave Cape Town. Luckily, it meant heading to Europe for the next leg of our trip! We took some amazing flights and stopped for the day in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
