We’ve spent a lot of time in the sun, at the beach and in the water and it’s generally made me feel really good. I am letting go of the physical routines and expectations that I carried from life in the states and enjoying the rhythm of the trip more as time goes by.
I'm feeling pretty solid, although there are ups and downs. The other night I woke up at 3:30 a.m. and stayed awake for over an hour stressing about what I'll do when we get back to the U.S. Overall though, I'm much happier day to day than I was back home. I get lots of sunlight and exercise and time to explore my interests.
